Located right near the train station on the Crescent Mezzaluna is great. I love their lunchtime menu for it's price and quality. They have an extensive menu and the seafood rissotto is amazing. The place is decorated in a very ambient way with lots of murals on the walls. It is very small so I would definitely reccommend booking in particular for an evening meal. They do a delivery takeaway menu which I haven't tried yet but will definitely be doing so in the near future

Mezzaluna Restaurant and Bar is located near the centre of Carlisle and they offer an authentic Italian experience. I love Italian food so this place stood out to me from the offset. The restaurant has a strong family feel to it and this helps create a strong and friendly atmosphere which ultimately creates a better eating environment. The décor is very warming and although small inside it is very cozy and ideal for family meals or even dates or get together with friends. They offer a massive selection of Pizzas so if you re anything like me you will not be short of choice. The menu is quite extensive and I am happy to say that the prices are quite reasonable. If you are in the area pay it a visit

Often go for a light lunch with my wife, great service, lovely food, a bit European, Tapas and salads. Free WIFI is also a great advantage. Good Food with a great atmosphere.
